Dusty pale pink colour, aromas of fresh strawberry, red currants, hint of herbal spice. Palate is fine and savoury, textural, with a dry crisp finish.
Whitlands Pinot Gris
Pink peach colour. Aromas of pear, watermelon and ginger spice, the palate is balanced and has lovely texture coming from the skin contact with a long zippy acidity driving the wine. Incredibly moreish!
South Gippsland Pinot Noir
Bright cherry red in colour, vibrant nose, red fruits, blood plum, herbal spice, fleshy core, earthy palate with a savoury finish with silky, slippery tannins.
Whitlands Pinot Meunier
Bright purple hue, heady spices – anise, lifted cassis, white pepper, juicy/fleshy core, silty tannins that weave through the wine, elegant and fine boned.
