You just need to appreciate the gentle detail in the wine. It’s delicate, it’s pretty. It’s sleek, slender and slippery with notes of almond blossoms, white peach and pink grapefruits gracing tones of fruity meets bitter. Beautiful detail in the flavour spectrum, and just as the label, it’s painted in pastel, with juicy acidity and wet chalk texture, and a mid-palate lime curd note. Delicious.

This will take you on an exotic spice ride with flavours of sumac, star anise and cinnamon and heady aromas of joss sticks, wild strawberries and garrigue. It’s a gorgeous pinot with tangy, juicy acidity teasing out the textural tannins across the light mid-weight palate. It’s refreshing, lively and invigorating.
2023 Fleet Chirnside Cabernet - 95 points Kasia Sobiesiak - The Wine Front
The blue fruit is cabernet is so tantalising when it its there and it's a plenty in this wine. So classy, so cool in feel. Perfumed with wet black tea leaf, violet, raspberry, mulberry and plum, very firm in the way it wears the flavours and texture on the outside but cuddly and soft on the inside. The fruit is ripe with a gentle dried herb note, the type of aniseed coolness that soothes and brings a long aftertaste. Cabernets powerful DNA set in a light frame is a very sexy picture.
